With a life and career dedicated to assisting others with mental health challenges, I serve the community—and the world— as a Therapist, Author and Mental Health Change Agent. From my writings and vision to help others, I transformed my passion into Eustress, Inc., a nonprofit organization that helps raise mental health awareness.
